I built this platform on my own, as a freelance project for HG Viajes Agency, whose real estate agents use it. It is one of the three AI systems I have in production, and the only one I built outside Moffett Automation.

Architecture
How it works:
- The web application runs the full workflow, from a customised property form to one-click generation of listing text and visual assets.
- A multimodal computer vision pipeline for room classification, alternate views and virtual staging, including furniture removal or addition and style adaptation.
- Property pre-valuation based on location, floor area and room characteristics.
